Behind the scenes, our engineers are building exclusive AI tools designed specifically for our sales team, handling the time-consuming work of lead generation and data analysis so our advisors can focus on what they do best: advising clients and closing deals.
The Role
This is not a traditional real estate position.
As an Investment Advisor at Smart Bricks, you will be the person on the ground taking our platform to market — armed with high-quality, pre-qualified leads and powerful AI-generated insights.
You will work with serious investors, guide them through data-backed decisions, and close deals that matter.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- A confident, self-motivated communicator with proven closing ability
- Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
- Ambition to grow — we want advisors who think beyond the next commission cheque
