ROLE: Investing Co-Founder / Strategic Board Director (Pre-Seed)
Remote / GCC-Based Preferred

- ESG REPORT BUILDER is a mission-driven Agentic-AI SaaS venture transforming ESG reporting for the 400M+ SMEs globally excluded from supply chains, tenders, and sustainable finance — not because they pollute, but because traditional ESG reports cost $50K–$100K+, take months to produce, and are obsolete before delivery.

- ✓ Pre-seed investment secured from a top-tier US VC
- ✓ Seed round ($6.5M valuation) targeted for Q3 2026, with several primary VCs interested to close.

- ► ROLE OVERVIEW
- This is an equity partnership opportunity — not a salaried position, REQUIRING A SMALL PRE-SEED INVESTMENT.
- As an Investing Co-Founder / Board Director, you will:
- Contribute strategic capital (AED 100,000) to fuel go-to-market execution and Seed round preparation
- Receive a 2% equity stake (priced at 50% below current pre-seed valuation; 80% below projected Seed valuation)
- Join the founding Board of Directors with voting rights and governance influence
- Leverage your network to accelerate partnerships, client acquisition, and regional expansion (GCC + global)
- Advise on GTM strategy, product roadmap, and ESG compliance frameworks
► Ideal Candidate Profile
- You are:
- An experienced leader in ESG, sustainability, SaaS, venture capital, or corporate strategy
- Well-connected across GCC markets, investor networks, or SME ecosystems
- Passionate about democratizing access to ESG reporting for underserved SMEs
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of AI technology, regulation, and impact
- Ready to commit time, expertise, and strategic capital (AED 100K minimum) for long-term equity upside
- Bonus: Background in ESG consulting, regulatory compliance, or B2B SaaS scaling.

- Equity: 2% ownership stake with projected 10X ROI potential by Q1 2027
- Board Seat: Formal governance role with influence over strategy, hiring, and fundraising
