Role overview

Client delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of data and AI engagements and related workstreams in transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and generative AI.
• Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Design pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools; analyze complex data and develop business cases.

Practice and team development

• Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions for procurement and supply chain.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, opportunity assessments, and tailored client solutions.
• Mentor junior colleagues, lead project teams, and guide technical approaches and delivery quality.
• Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices; support recruitment, training, and capability building.

Experience and education

• 5–6 or more years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting, including client-facing delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, engineering, computer science, or economics; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience leading client engagements, managing teams, and driving data and analytics project outcomes.

Technical and consulting skills

• Strong data analysis, visualization, and transformation experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel, plus hands-on Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems.
• Practical exposure to AI and generative AI technologies and business applications, such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration.
• Ability to create scalable analytics and AI solutions for complex business problems, particularly in procurement and supply chain.

Communication and approach

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including bridging technical and business audiences.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Structured, independent, accountable, entrepreneurial, and collaborative approach; confidence influencing clients and stakeholders.

Travel

• Willingness to travel according to client and project needs; some assignments may require significant travel to client sites.
