Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data and AI engagements and delivery across procurement and supply chain use cases.
• Oversee data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI workstreams; manage stakeholders and teams.
• Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops and translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Design analytical solutions such as data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools; build data-backed business cases.
• Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, scalable solutions, proposals, pitches, and opportunity assessments.
• Mentor junior colleagues and lead project teams; create internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Support recruitment, capability building, training, and the Data, Analytics, and AI community.

Candidate requirements

• 5–6+ years of data analytics, AI, or digital consulting experience, including client-facing delivery.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to lead engagements, manage teams, and drive project outcomes.
• Strong data analysis, visualization, and transformation experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel, plus hands-on Python expertise.
• Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems; practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies and business applications.
• Ability to develop scalable analytics and AI solutions for business problems, particularly in procurement and supply chain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Structured, independent, proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach with confidence influencing clients.
• Willingness to travel for client and project needs; significant client-site travel may be required.
