Role overview

Client engagements and analytics

• Lead end-to-end data and AI engagements across procurement and supply chain, including transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and generative AI.
• Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Design data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools, and develop data-backed business cases from complex datasets.

Practice and business development

• Develop new digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions for client use cases.
• Contribute to proposals, client pitches, opportunity assessments, and go-to-market narratives.
• Mentor junior team members, lead project teams, and support high-quality delivery.
• Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices; support recruitment, training, and practice capability building.

Experience and education

• Requires 5–6+ years in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting and a strong record of client-facing project delivery.
• Requires a relevant Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Requires experience leading client engagements, managing teams, and delivering data and analytics outcomes.

Technical and consulting qualifications

• Requires strong data analysis, visualization, and transformation experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel, plus hands-on Python expertise.
• Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems is requested.
• Practical exposure to AI and generative AI technologies, including examples such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration tools, is requested.
• Requires the ability to develop scalable analytics and AI solutions for business problems, particularly in procurement and supply chain.

Communication and travel

• Requires strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences and business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Requires willingness to travel for client and project needs; travel may be significant and include client sites.
• The role calls for structured thinking, independence, accountability, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial approach.
