Role context

Client delivery and analytics

• Lead end-to-end data and AI engagements across procurement and supply chain use cases.
• Oversee data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and Generative AI workstreams; guide teams and manage complex stakeholders.
• Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops, turning technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Design and deliver data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze complex datasets and build data-backed business cases for transformation initiatives.

Practice and business development

• Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable procurement and supply-chain solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, client pitches, opportunity assessments, and tailored go-to-market narratives.
• Mentor junior colleagues, lead teams, and maintain consistent delivery quality.
• Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Support recruitment, capability building, training, and growth of the Data, Analytics & AI community.

Experience and education

• Have 5–6+ years of data analytics, AI, or digital consulting experience and a track record of client-facing delivery.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; a master's degree is preferred.
• Have experience leading client engagements, managing teams, and delivering data and analytics outcomes.

Technical and consulting qualifications

• Have experience with data analysis, visualization, and transformation tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel, plus hands-on Python expertise.
• Have experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems.
• Have practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Translate complex business problems, particularly in procurement and supply chain, into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management, business-fluent written and spoken English, and structured thinking.
• Bring an entrepreneurial, collaborative, accountable approach and an ability to influence clients and stakeholders.

Travel

• Travel is required according to client and project needs and may be significant, including travel to client sites.
