Role overview

Client delivery and analytics

• Lead end-to-end data and AI engagements, including data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI workstreams.
• Lead client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; convert complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Design data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools; develop data-backed business cases.
• Manage stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve client objectives.

Practice development and leadership

• Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions for procurement and supply chain.
• Contribute to proposals, client pitches, opportunity assessments, and go-to-market narratives.
• Mentor junior colleagues, lead teams, and support quality delivery.
• Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices; support recruitment, training, and capability development.

Experience and education

• 5–6+ years of data analytics, AI, or digital consulting experience, including client-facing delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; a Master’s is preferred.
• Experience leading client engagements, managing teams, and driving outcomes in data and analytics.

Technical and consulting skills

• Experience with analysis, visualization, and transformation tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel, and hands-on Python for analytics, automation, or AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems; practical exposure to AI and GenAI such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration.
• Ability to translate procurement and supply chain problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Consulting mindset, structured thinking, ownership, accountability, collaboration, and ability to influence stakeholders.

Travel

• Willingness to travel to client sites and Inverto teams; travel may be significant and depends on client needs and project nature.
