Role overview

Client delivery and analytics

• Lead end-to-end strategic Data & AI engagements across procurement and supply-chain use cases.
• Oversee data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI workstreams; manage stakeholders, guide delivery teams, and align outcomes to client objectives.
• Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; explain complex concepts through actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools; analyze large datasets and build business cases.

Practice development and leadership

• Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions, identifying value from emerging technologies.
• Contribute expertise to proposals, client pitches, opportunity assessments, and tailored go-to-market narratives.
• Coach junior colleagues, lead project teams, guide technical and analytical approaches, and maintain high-quality delivery.
• Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices; support recruitment, training, capability building, and practice growth.

Experience and education

• Requires 5–6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting and a strong record of client-facing delivery.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; a master's degree is preferred.
• Requires proven client-engagement leadership, team management, and ability to drive data and analytics project outcomes.

Technical and business qualifications

• Strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and transformation tools, with examples including SQL, Power BI, and Excel; hands-on Python experience is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems is listed as a qualification.
• Practical exposure to AI and GenAI, such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration, and their business applications is listed.
• Must translate procurement and supply-chain business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions and communicate with technical and business audiences.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English is required.

Travel and working style

• Travel is required according to client and project needs; some assignments may involve significant travel to client sites.
