Role overview

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end data and AI engagements and projects for procurement and supply-chain use cases.
• Oversee data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI workstreams and manage stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Design data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools and build data-backed business cases.
• Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions.
• Support proposals, pitches, opportunity assessments, and go-to-market narratives.
• Mentor junior colleagues, lead project teams, and support quality delivery.
• Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Support recruitment, capability building, training, and community growth.

Experience and education

• 5–6+ years in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting, with client-facing delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience leading client engagements, managing teams, and driving data and analytics outcomes.
• Strong data analysis, visualization, and transformation tool experience and hands-on Python expertise.
• Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems.
• Practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies, such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval systems, or workflow orchestration tools.

Travel
