Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data and AI engagements, including analytics, data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI.
• Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Design analytical solutions such as data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools; synthesize data into business cases.
• Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable procurement and supply chain solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, client pitches, opportunity assessments, and go-to-market narratives.
• Mentor junior colleagues, lead project teams, guide technical approaches, and maintain high-quality delivery.
• Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices; support recruitment, training, and capability building.

Qualifications and experience

• 5–6+ years in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting, including successful client-facing project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience leading client engagements and teams and driving project outcomes.
• Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and hands-on Python; experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems.
• Practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Ability to develop scalable solutions for business problems, particularly in procurement and supply chain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel for client work, including significant client-site travel at times.
• Independent, structured, collaborative, accountable, and comfortable influencing stakeholders.
