The Riyadh team is expanding its Digital, Data & AI capabilities, including a center of excellence focused on digital and AI-based tools.

Role overview

Manager role bringing data, digital tools, and AI methods into client consulting projects, especially in procurement and supply chain management.

The role includes client-facing solution implementation, engagement leadership, team management, and shaping the practice’s offerings.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end Data & AI engagements and workstreams involving data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI.
  • Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; communicate technical concepts as actionable recommendations.
  • Design analytics solutions such as pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools; turn complex data into business cases.
  • Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions; contribute to proposals, pitches, and opportunity assessments.
  • Mentor colleagues and lead teams; develop internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Support recruitment, training, capability building, and the growth of the Data, Analytics & AI community.

Experience and education

  • 5–6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting, including client-facing project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; Master’s preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and deliver outcomes in data and analytics.

Technical and professional skills

  • Strong experience with data analysis, visualization, and transformation tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel; hands-on Python expertise for analytics, automation, or AI workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems is listed as a qualification.
  • Practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration tools is listed as a qualification.
  • Ability to translate procurement and supply-chain business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Travel and language

  • Willingness to travel based on client and project needs; significant client-site travel may be required depending on the engagement.
  • Business-fluent written and spoken English is required.
