Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Business administration
- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years experience
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, JD Edwards, Infor, Epicor, etc.) and the ability to help enhance existing processes.
- Experience with Production Planning and Material Requirements Planning.
- Strong expertise with WMS, barcoding, RF scanners, and inventory technologies.
- Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Creates item identification labels for maintenance inventory items. Determines which items are consumable, critical or CAPX.
- Provides accurate and current inventory data for purchasing decisions.
- Works with internal employees to maintain the items and link to suppliers
- Works with personnel to ensure that critical stock items and maintenance supplies are maintained with the appropriate item labels.
- Monitors inventory usage and makes recommendations of items to remove or add.
- Ensures periodic physical inventories are conducted.
- Reviews received goods and supplies. Ensures items are priced appropriately.
- Works with Asset managers to assist with kitting.
- Reviews reports of inventory balance and/or shortages
- Corresponds with vendors concerning pricing for accuracy.
- Determines where to stock key critical inventory where needed based of usage and feedback from Asset managers.
