Role overview
Part-time remote role supporting day-to-day inventory planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and prepare simple forecasts to support inventory planning.
- Help align inventory with production plans.
- Update and maintain inventory data, and coordinate with internal teams to gather information.
- Support basic reporting on stock status and product availability.
- Help identify inventory issues and follow up to support timely replenishment and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning abilities for inventory monitoring and forecasting.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic production planning knowledge to understand inventory needs and manufacturing schedules.
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and good organizational skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or inventory management tools and comfort working remotely.
Preferred background
- Relevant education in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience or internship in inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage.
