Inventory Management Support

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Learn all functions of: Pack, Shipping, Shipping Inspection, Receiving

Pack finished goods in correct packaging assigned by work instructions

Print and attach appropriate documentation to accompany finished goods

Unload incoming raw materials

Answer dock calls from suppliers/shippers

Ship finished goods according to work instructions and customer requirements

Maintain and update all customer required portals for shipping

Maintain FIFO

Inspect all finished goods and documentation prior to shipment according to work instructions and customer requirements

Update ERP system with inspection confirmation

Communicate effectively with all production/CSA/logistics team members

Perform receiving process of raw materials according to work instructions

Escalate any receiving discrepancies or issues to leadership

Ensure inventory accuracy by performing all receiving processes accurately

Communicate effectively with all quality/production/CSA/logistics/procurement team members

Lean knowledge (Kanban, 5s, visual management)
