About This Role
Primary Role — Inventory
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Record goods received/issued and reconcile physical stock with the system
- Run periodic and annual stock counts; investigate discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points; flag shortages and obsolete/slow-moving stock
- Track material consumption against production
- Coordinate with procurement and production; prepare inventory and stock valuation reports
Supporting Role — Accounting
- Assist with daily transactions, AP/AR, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Support VAT filing, petty cash, payroll, and month-end closing as needed
What You Need
- B.Com / degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- [1–3] years in inventory control, ideally in manufacturing/trading, **with** working accounting knowledge
- Hands-on with Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho (or similar) + strong Excel
- Accuracy, organization, and ability to hit deadlines
