Inventory Controller / Storekeeper role in the Warehouse / Operations department, based in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsible for stock records, inventory levels, and daily warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Arrange, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations; maintain accurate Odoo ERP inventory records.
- Record receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches; conduct physical stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records, investigate discrepancies, and apply FIFO and FEFO where applicable.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock, overstock, damaged, expired, or missing items.
- Prepare and issue stock against approved requests; coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, safe storage, and handling in line with company procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports; assist with loading, unloading, picking, packing, and dispatch as needed.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, Stock Controller, or in a similar warehouse role.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, FIFO, FEFO, stock counting, and inventory control procedures.
- Basic to good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, numerical accuracy, discrepancy reporting ability, and communication skills.
- Must be physically capable of assisting with routine warehouse activities.
- Odoo ERP experience is preferred.
Preferred experience
- Experience managing multiple SKUs in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, beverages, or distribution operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners, warehouse management systems, stock rotation, product expiry monitoring, and warehouse safety standards is preferred.
Performance indicators
Accuracy of physical stock against Odoo records and timely, accurate recording of stock movements.
Completion of scheduled stock counts and reconciliations; reduction of inventory discrepancies, damages, and losses.
Proper warehouse organization and stock rotation, and compliance with inventory and warehouse procedures.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.

- Full-time position with in-person work in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi.
