Essential Functions

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicate with other departments about product quality issues and requests.
• Implement and maintain inventory management procedures and protocols.
• Use inventory management software to track and update inventory records in real time.
• Analyze data for discrepancies, aging stock, and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse space.
• Generate inventory level, adjustment, and variance reports for management.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous inventory control or related experience is highly desirable, preferably in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
• The role requires analytical, organizational, time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• The candidate should understand warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
• The role requires independent work, multitasking, accurate data entry, and detailed record keeping.

Working Conditions

• The position operates in a warehouse and includes using a cherry picker at elevated heights.
• The role may require lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The work includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels.
