• Knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement inventory tracking systems to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Examine supply and raw material levels to determine shortages.
• Develop or improve inventory management procedures.
• Resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Conduct complete annual inventory checks of all stock and supplies.
• Lead cycle counting throughout the year.
• Research inventory-related reports and purchasing trends.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Evaluate new inventory opportunities.
• Update ERP records with relevant data.
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
