Inventory Analyst I

Job purpose

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse accuracy through inventory verification, cycle counting, and system transactions.
• Enter data and verify work orders; audit inventory transactions, record them, and report discrepancies.
• Provide inventory support to other departments and process employee or internal product-use requests with associated records.
• Maintain project-report updates, department records, files, and reports; perform physical inventory and audits.
• Maintain production-use tote requirements and related documents; help plan, prepare, and execute the year-end inventory audit.
• Work overtime as needed, follow strict safety rules, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs and applications is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in inventory operations and systems, warehouse and material handling, data entry or databases, report generation, filing, documentation control, and organization is strongly preferred.
• Prior forklift experience, certifications, or documented training is preferred.
