Role overview

Inventory control and operations

• Coordinate inventory control with Red Bull North America, headquarters, and logistics partners; process warehouse claims, samples, and disposals.
• Reconcile receipts and shipments; organize and stage products; verify SKU quantities and perform stock adjustments, restocks, and movements.
• Research inventory variances and reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory to SAP.
• Inspect product and pallet condition and follow processes for damaged inventory and pallets.
• Collaborate with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners; resolve non-mechanical LGV issues for operational support.

Systems support and safety

• Monitor electronic data interfaces with partners, resolve issues, and document inventory process controls.
• Complete weekly operations checks that enable finance to submit weekly sales.
• Use warehouse equipment safely; conduct required safety inspections and audits and follow workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Manage time and multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to count, comfortable with arithmetic, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Lift up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally; sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours per day.

Schedule and compensation

• Rotating schedule: week one Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.; week two Monday through Wednesday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Must be open to overtime and schedule flexibility as needed.
• Pay is $24.00 per hour, plus a quarterly incentive bonus; shift differential is listed as $0.00.
