About the Role
We're looking for a Forex IB Partner to build and grow our network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, trading educators, and trader communities globally.
A core part of this role is running discovery interviews with inbound IB applicants you are the face of our IB program to the market.
This role is for someone deeply embedded in the retail trading ecosystem, already active in forex, commodities, CFD, or prop trading communities on Telegram, Discord, X, WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube.
What You'll Do
- Own the IB program end-to-end sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and activation
- Conduct discovery calls with all inbound IB and affiliate applicants to qualify fit, understand their trader base, and agree on commission structures
- Proactively reach out to high-potential IBs, signal providers, prop firm alumni, trading educators, and community owners
- Build and manage ongoing relationships with active IBs support their growth and keep them producing
- Run onboarding calls for traders referred by IBs, helping them get set up and engaged on the platform
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline tracking call notes, commission agreements, and activation status
- Feed ground-level market intelligence back to the founding team what IBs are hearing, what competitors are offering, what traders want
- Work with founders to iterate on commission structures, promo materials, and onboarding flows
Who You Are
- 2+ years in an IB, affiliate, or partnership role at a forex, CFD, or crypto brokerage or you've been an IB yourself
- Already have an active network in retail forex/CFD circles IBs, signal providers, educators, or community admins who trust you
- Comfortable running structured discovery and sales calls in English; Arabic, Hindi, Bahasa, or Tagalog is a strong plus
- Understand commission models CPA, revenue share, hybrid and can negotiate terms confidently
- Self-starter who manages their own pipeline, tracks numbers, and flags blockers early
- Excited by early-stage products and willing to shape the program, not just execute a playbook
- Experience with crypto-native platforms, decentralised exchanges, or perpetuals is a bonus
Compensation
- Above industry standard base salary — discussed and agreed upfront based on experience
- Uncapped revenue share on trading volume generated by your IB network
- Performance bonuses tied to IB activation targets and network volume milestones
