Annabel: From Intern to Employee
"During my internship, my supervisors gave me a great deal of autonomy and trust, while also providing a strong support system. It was the perfect balance, and I never felt like I had to make big decisions alone.
Being a deaf student in college and graduate school, I feared not finding an employer that could provide the level of access I needed on a daily basis, but my Advocates supervisors and the communication access team always go above and beyond to make sure I have whatever I need to succeed at work."
