As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and creative **Marketing Intern** who wants to gain hands-on experience within a fast-moving and ambitious environment.
What You’ll Do
- As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the growth of Grit Studios across multiple areas of the business.
- Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with social media management and content planning
- Supporting content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Helping organize events and community activities
- Engaging with members and supporting community initiatives
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Researching member needs and contributing ideas to improve retention
- Supporting internal communication and onboarding processes
- Helping improve internal workflows and processes
- Assisting with project-based growth initiatives across the business
- No two days will be the same—you’ll have the opportunity to work across different projects and contribute your own ideas.
Who You Are

Experience
with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, ChatGPT, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours & Flexibility
We understand that every internship is different.
That’s why we offer flexibility regarding both working hours and location.
The internship is available for **16 to 40 hours per week**, depending on your academic requirements, availability, and personal preferences.
Working hours
and schedules will be agreed upon together before the start of the internship and can be adjusted where needed.
Depending on ongoing projects, events, content shoots, and business needs, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a **hybrid and flexible environment**.
