- المسمى الوظيفي: أخصائي مشتريات شاحنات خارجية
- :المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ عمليات شراء الشاحنات من الأسواق الأوروبية وفق احتياج الشركة.
- البحث عن الموردين والمصنعين المعتمدين وبناء علاقات تجارية قوية معهم.
- التفاوض على الأسعار وشروط التوريد لضمان أفضل قيمة وجودة.
- متابعة أوامر الشراء من لحظة التعاقد حتى وصول الشاحنات.
- التنسيق مع الشحن والجمارك لضمان انسيابية عمليات الاستيراد.
- تحليل السوق الأوروبي ومتابعة أسعار واتجاهات الشاحنات.
- التأكد من مطابقة المواصفات الفنية المطلوبة لكل صفقة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن المشتريات والأداء والموردين.
- :المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو سلاسل الإمداد أو تخصص مشابه.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في المشتريات الخارجية، ويفضل في قطاع الشاحنات أو المركبات.
- معرفة جيدة بأسواق الشاحنات الأوروبية والموردين.
- مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على إدارة العلاقات الدولية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (تحدثاً وكتابة).
- قدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على التكلفة والجودة

Key Responsibilities
- Execute truck purchasing operations from European markets based on company requirements.
- Identify approved suppliers and manufacturers and build strong business relationships with them.
- Negotiate pricing and supply terms to ensure the best value and quality.
- Follow up on purchase orders from contract stage until truck delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping and customs teams to ensure smooth import operations.
- Analyze the European market and monitor truck pricing trends.
- Ensure compliance with the required technical specifications for each transaction.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and overall purchasing operations.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international procurement, preferably within the truck or automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of European truck markets and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage international business relationships.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on cost and quality.
