- , building a global network of suppliers and customers across multiple markets.
- As a newly launched company, we are currently forming our founding team.
- We are looking for key professionals who will actively participate in building our structure, systems, supplier base, customer portfolio, and international operations from the ground up.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and experienced
International Trading, Sales & Logistics Manager (Founding Team Member)
to lead the development of our international trading and export operations.
This is a
company building role, not a routine operational position.
The successful candidate will play a central role in developing international markets, building supplier and customer networks, structuring export operations, and establishing efficient trading and logistics systems.
You will work closely with senior management and the future Trade Finance & Risk function to build a scalable, secure, and profitable international trading platform.
1. International Business Development (Build from Zero)
- Develop and execute international market entry strategies
- Identify and onboard global customers
- Build the initial customer portfolio from scratch
- Develop long-term relationships with traders, distributors, and industrial buyers
- Represent the company in international markets and trade events
- Define commercial positioning in target regions
2. Commercial Trading & Negotiation
- Structure and negotiate export deals, pricing, and commercial terms
- Define Incoterms, delivery conditions, and responsibilities
- Coordinate with Trade Finance & Risk on secure payment structures
- Monitor global market trends and competition
3. Supplier Development & Procurement
- Identify and qualify international suppliers across product categories
- Build a reliable and competitive supplier base
- Negotiate purchasing terms and delivery conditions
- Ensure continuity and reliability of supply
4. Export Logistics & Supply Chain Setup
- Design export logistics processes from scratch
- Coordinate freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents
- Establish SOPs for documentation and shipment execution
- Ensure end-to-end delivery from supplier to customer
- Develop logistics partnerships internationally
5. Company Building & Systems Development
- Contribute to building the company’s commercial and operational structure
- Help design workflows, reporting systems, and trading procedures
- Participate in implementing CRM and supplier/customer management systems
- Support scalable operational design for global trading
6. Internal Coordination
Work closely with Finance, Trade Finance & Risk, and senior management
Provide updates on pipeline, market development, and operations
Support financial and operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in international trading, export sales, or logistics
- Proven track record in international trading or export sales
- Experience in commodity trading or multi-product export environments
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and export documentation
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a startup environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic and French are very important)
