A well-established diversified business group in Saudi Arabia with operations across multiple sectors, including a leading premium organic food brand known for high-quality products and a growing presence in international markets.

The organisation is focused on expanding its global reach and strengthening partnerships across key export regions.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven International Sales Manager specialising in FMCG / organic food products to lead global sales growth and market expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing international sales strategies, managing distributor networks, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing brand presence across strategic export markets.

This role requires strong expertise in international FMCG sales, export management, and business development within the food or organic products sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Expand and manage distributor, importer, and retail partner networks across international markets.
  • Identify and penetrate new business opportunities in target regions including North America, Europe, Asia, and other high-potential markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial agreements, pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand to drive growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and market execution.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Represent the organisation at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, product standards, and trade requirements.
