You’ll play a key role in aligning compensation and benefits with business goals, driving performance, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pay benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluation frameworks
- Design and manage salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs
- Drive annual merit cycles, promotions, and performance-linked rewards
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international labor regulations
- Manage compensation harmonization during M&A and organizational changes
- Deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and reward insights
- Partner with HR and business leaders on strategic compensation initiatives
Key Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits across European Markets
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Certification (CCP, GRP) is a plus
- Strong experience with benchmarking, job evaluation (Korn Ferry, Mercer, etc.)
- Background in defense, technology, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred
- Advanced Excel and HR systems (SAP/Oracle) expertise
- Strong knowledge of UAE & international labor laws
