International Procurement Specialist – SAP MM

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle for international purchases, from request to payment, using SAP MM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers to secure competitive prices, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Create, process, and monitor purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in SAP MM.
• Conduct supplier evaluations based on quality, price, lead time, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support material planning through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and maintain optimal stock levels using min/max parameters.
• Analyze market trends, currency fluctuations, and shipping conditions to mitigate procurement risks.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, international trade laws, and import/export regulations.
• Prepare regular procurement performance reports and cost analysis.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and SAP MM system enhancements.
