Role description
The International Procurement Manager oversees end-to-end international procurement activities.

Responsibilities
- Identify and source suppliers, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts for raw materials and related services.
- Oversee supplier relationships and ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Monitor global market trends, analyze procurement data, and manage contract performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Develop strategies supporting product quality, cost optimization, and long-term supply security.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement skills, including international sourcing and purchasing management.
- Supplier evaluation skills and ability to assess performance and reliability.
- Contract negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical skills for pricing analysis, cost optimization, and market trend assessment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in international procurement or supply chain management; FMCG, hygiene, or consumer products experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages and familiarity with Middle East and global supplier markets are beneficial.
- Advanced degrees and professional certifications such as CPSM or CIPS are advantageous.
