As we continue to grow, we're looking for an
International Case Manager
to join our Dubai team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international patient cases across multiple countries and healthcare systems from enquiry to case closure.
- Review medical reports and coordinate suitable treatment options.
- Liaise with hospitals, facilitators, insurers, and TPAs across different countries.
- Obtain hospital estimates and coordinate approvals.
- Compare treatment options, pricing, and timelines.
- Negotiate with hospitals when required.
- Maintain accurate case records and timely updates.
- Ensure a smooth experience for patients and clients throughout the treatment journey.
- Handle UAE health insurance processes, including adjudication and claim coordination.
- Communicate directly with patients, families, and international clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain strong rapport and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Work flexibly across different time zones as cases may require urgent attention.
- Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and medical environments.
What We'Re Looking For
- Strong medical knowledge (clinical understanding + ability to interpret medical documents).
- Experience in UAE health insurance, adjudication, or medical claims handling.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). Additional fluency in Hindi is an advantage.
- High confidence, negotiation skills, and ability to handle complex discussions with international partners.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent cases.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
- Knowledge of UAE health insurance is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work with global stakeholders.
