Overview
- Job Title: International Buyer Development Officer or Marketing Manger
- Identify and connect with international rice buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and supermarket chains.
- Generate qualified import leads through online platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong international buyer database.
- Conduct market research to identify new import opportunities and emerging markets.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders.
- Maintain long-term business relationships with global clients.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Trade Shows & B2B Events
- Represent the company at BIRC and other international trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, food expos, and export promotion events in India.
- Arrange meetings with prospective buyers during exhibitions and events.
- Follow up with leads generated from exhibitions and convert them into business opportunities.
- Plan and execute international marketing campaigns for rice products.
- Promote company products through digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and trade portals.
- Coordinate branding and promotional activities for international markets.
- Prepare presentations, catalogs, and product profiles for buyers.
