Overview

• To provide independent assurance that the Company’s activities, products, and operations are fully compliant with principles, resolutions of the Internal Supervisory Committee and applicable regulatory frameworks, through a risk-based internal audit function.
• The role strengthens the Company’s governance framework and ensures effective management of non-compliance risk.
• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan.
• Conduct periodic and ad hoc audits covering:
• products and underwriting processes
• Claims management
• Review of Contracts & Documentation Review and audit:
• policy wordings
• Agreements and contracts
• Marketing and disclosure materials
• Internal policies and procedures
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Governance Framework, including:
• Internal controls
• Segregation and conventional operations (if applicable)
• risk management processes
