Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with and influence key company leadership to develop and disseminate their important messages to team members, including aligning the team on our strategy, goals, and priorities
• Own strategy and results for keeping all relevant team members informed on important org news and updates in a timely and engaging manner.
• Provide strategic, direct hands-on support to key senior leaders
• Proactively identify new opportunities and develop new ways to continually up level our internal communications processes
• Successfully collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute on a comprehensive plan for seamless communications.
• Maintain the Lyft brand and voice across all communications, written and verbal, and across company leadership

• The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $108,000 - $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
