About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an energetic and organized fresh graduate to join our HR team as an Internal Communication Officer.
You will be responsible for keeping employees informed and engaged, while playing a key role in welcoming new hires and making their first days at WiSys memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and newsletters
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and events
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires — desk setup, system access, onboarding kits, building tours, and introductions
- Maintain internal communication channels and ensure content is current and accurate
- Support HR initiatives and collaborate with various departmentsDraft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and newsletters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
