Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present audit findings to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CIMA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in internal auditing or compliance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from **60** **-*** 120QAR*, based on experience and qualifications.
