Job Description:
Website Pulse Solutions is on the lookout for a meticulous Internal Auditor / Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to internal policies and external regulations, thereby safeguarding the integrity of our business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, processes, and compliance with regulations.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present audit findings to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CIMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in internal auditing or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 60 -* 120QAR*, based on experience and qualifications.
