**Position** **Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Internal** **Auditor** **/*** ComplianceOfficer* to join our team.
This role is crucial for ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, ultimately supporting the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management, highlighting significant issues and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and implement compliance training programs.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and maintain documentation related to compliance activities.
- Support the company’s ethical and compliance standards by promoting best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in internal auditing or compliance roles.
- Knowledge of auditing principles and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
