We are seeking an experienced
Internal Audit Manager
for a full-time, on-site role located in Al Ain.
The Internal Audit Manager will oversee and execute internal audits, assess internal controls, ensure financial compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
This role involves performing risk assessments, preparing audit reports and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency while supporting the organization's overall financial and compliance goals.
Qualification
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles, with a deep understanding of organizational budgets and financial statements.
- Knowledge of Internal Controls and the ability to ensure they are effectively designed and operational
- Expertise in conducting thorough Financial Audits
- Proven leadership and team management skills to supervise audit processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CIA is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or financial management
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
- Food and Beverage OR Hospitality Industry experience will be added advantage.
- Preferably Arabic Speaker.
- Salary Range : Negotiable +Other Benefits As Per UAE Law.
