We are seeking an experienced
Internal Audit Manager
to be positioned within the
Chairman's office

The role is responsible for strengthening governance, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, and supporting risk management across the Group.
The successful candidate will conduct audits across multiple business units, review operational and financial controls, investigate incidents when required, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

- Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.

- and present findings to senior management and the Chairman’s Office.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with department heads and management to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- .
- Professional certifications such as
CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA
- are preferred.
- **7–10 years of experience**
- in internal audit, risk management, or related functions.
- Experience in
- contracting, construction, and/or manufacturing sectors
- is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of
- internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and audit methodologies

- Experience conducting
- group-level or multi-entity audits
- is advantageous.
