- We are seeking two detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator s to join our team and play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
- The successful candidates will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

- Your responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site and virtual interviews, including room setup, technology requirements, and candidate travel arrangements when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis to track recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on a variety of impactful projects.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruiting, and industry networking events.
- Support the development of materials and resources for recruitment activities.
- Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide support in the creation and optimization of job descriptions.
- Your expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
