  • We are seeking two detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator s to join our team and play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Manage interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and virtual interviews, including room setup, technology requirements, and candidate travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis to track recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on a variety of impactful projects.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruiting, and industry networking events.
  • Support the development of materials and resources for recruitment activities.
  • Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide support in the creation and optimization of job descriptions.
  • Your expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
