About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

At Marvell, we believe infrastructure powers progress — and that execution is as essential as innovation. Trusted by the world's leading technology companies for 25 years, we move, store, process, and secure the world's data with semiconductor solutions built for our customers' current needs and future ambitions. The data infrastructure our customers build has never been more critical — keeping the world connected, businesses running, and information flowing. If you're ready to excel, innovate, and truly enjoy your work, apply now.

What You Can Expect

Work with next-gen memory and interconnect technologies like CXL and UALink to move, pool, and manage data across the system efficiently

Model and simulate advanced AI workloads at scale (many-accelerator training and inference across memory and fabrics) to surface non-obvious protocol insights and IP

Build virtual platforms and device models (QEMU-based full-system emulation and discrete-event fabric models) to validate software and silicon before hardware exists

Build and run containerized AI workloads on Kubernetes: device plugins, resource scheduling (DRA), operators, scaling, and reliability

Engage the research frontier: read and digest the latest papers, contribute to open standards (CXL/UALink, Kubernetes, Linux), and help write research papers and deliver industry talks

AI-assisted engineering: work fluently with AI tools to tackle harder problems

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Fluent with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor, or quick to pick them up, using them to digest specs and unfamiliar source quickly

Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems

Programming in one or more of C++, Python, or Go

Familiarity with Linux, containers, and Kubernetes (or the eagerness to go deep, fast)

Curious, fast-learning, and takes ownership, turning an ambiguous problem into a working, measured result

Clear written communicator; (along with code and high quality solutions we create research papers too)

Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements

With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity. We’re dedicated to giving our people the tools and resources they need to succeed in doing work that matters, and to grow and develop with us. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.

Interview Integrity

To support fair and authentic hiring practices, candidates are not permitted to use AI tools (such as transcription apps, real-time answer generators like ChatGPT or Copilot, or automated note-taking bots) during interviews.

These tools must not be used to record, assist with, or enhance responses in any way. Our interviews are designed to evaluate your individual experience, thought process, and communication skills in real time. Use of AI tools without prior instruction from the interviewer will result in disqualification from the hiring process.
