Recruitment Researcher

- to join us inside the engine room of real, live search work.

- Youโll work directly with the founders on active hiring mandates, helping us map markets, identify standout talent, and build intelligence that directly shapes client decisions.
- Support outreach campaigns and initial screening conversations

- Final-year Masters student (dissertation stage)
- A Solution finder that finds ways to make it happen
- Naturally curious, you donโt stop at the first answer
- Comfortable with tech, AI, and figuring things out fast
- Organised, structured, and able to bring clarity to chaos
- Strong communicator - you know how to engage people, not just message them

- Remote role, with optional Dubai meet-ups
- Part-time (16-24 hrs per week, flexible around your studies. We prefer if someone can join us for approx 3 hours each day, mon-fri)
- You should be based in the UAE and willing to join us for a minimum of 6months
- Direct exposure to founders โ no layers, no micromanagement
- Access to modern tools (AI sourcing, Interview Intelligence, ATS/CRM))
