Context and stakeholders

Procurement duties

• Support sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services needed for company operations.
• Help qualify suppliers under company policies and procedures.
• Assist with purchase order preparation and processing, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Research potential suppliers and assess their capabilities for identified requirements.
• Assist with cost analysis and reporting to support decisions.
• Support procurement administration, including data entry and correspondence.

Safety and compliance accountabilities

• Follow applicable regulatory requirements, company QHSE policies, the Group HSSE Charter, and MAESTRO requirements.
• Report near misses, incidents, hazards, and injuries within required timeframes and participate in investigations when needed.
• Stop operations when necessary for safety reasons.
• Follow the company compliance program, including economic sanctions and export controls, and promptly report suspected violations.

Candidate profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Power BI dashboard creation is an added advantage.
• Experience is listed as nil.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain management disciplines are preferred.
• The candidate should be creative, self-motivated, organized, able to plan and work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
