Your next role

You’ll be exposed to complex, high-profile projects and gain hands-on experience supporting the Project Support Team within Operations, with a clear focus on project submissions and administrative coordination.

Your key duties

Our Operations team supports the successful delivery of major projects through structured processes, coordination, and high-quality documentation.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of project sbmission documentation

Compile, format, and review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

Maintain submission trackers and monitor key deadlines

Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders across multiple teams

Support uploading and managing submissions on internal or client platforms

Provide administrative support to project teams, particularly across major projects

Organise and maintain project documentation and filing systems

Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and action tracking

Support document control processes and ensure consistency across records

Liaise with internal teams to gather required inputs for submissions

Track progress and highlight any risks or delays in timelines

Support effective communication between project support and delivery teams

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Ability to manage and organise documentation effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to present information clearly and accurately

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

Teamwork and Collaboration

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Willingness to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
