Responsibilities:

  • Content Curation & Tray Support
  • Assist in building thematic content collections by mood, genre, era, language, cast and occasion to populate recommendation trays
  • Research trends, festivals and upcoming tentpole moments, and suggest tray ideas for the team to review
  • Help prepare and track tray requests with product and tech teams, and check that trays go live accurately and on time
  • Support coordination with Content/Studio, Marketing, Product and Design teams on campaign execution
  • Help plan catalogue marketing around cultural and topical events to boost catalogue consumption
  • What You'll Learn

  • How merchandising, product, tech and marketing teams work together
  • How to read engagement data and turn it into curation decisions
  • Metadata, tagging and content management workflows
  • Who We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, marketing, mass communication
  • No prior experience required. Internships or projects in content, digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus
  • A strong sense of content: you know your genres, follow trends and have an instinct for what audiences want to watch
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets and willingness to learn analytics
  • Familiarity with regional language content is a plus
  • You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Can move between big-picture ideas ("what if we built a tray around 90s nostalgia?") and precise execution ("is this tag correctly mapped?") in the same day
  • Are naturally curious about user behavior and why people watch what they watch
  • Take ownership of small tasks and follow through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with regional language content is a plus
