Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing in Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline
  • Strong academic record with active thesis or research project
  • Available for 3-6 months structured internship
  • Thesis or research project related to manufacturing, materials, process optimization, or precision engineering
  • Experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, or process simulation
  • Exposure to L ean, Six Sigma, or quality engineering methodologies
  • Prior industry internship or research collaboration with a manufacturing firm
  • Advanced technical problem-solving and research skills
  • Data analysis proficiency (Minitab, Python, MATLAB, or equivalent)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to independently manage a project workstream
  • Collaborative and professional conduct in a manufacturing environment
