Intern - IT User Support
Role Overview
Join ITC holdings as an IT User Support Intern and gain practical experience supporting the technology used by the company’s end users.
The intern will work alongside IT User Support team members to assist with hardware and software support, device deployment, troubleshooting, conference room technology, and other day-to-day IT support activities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related degree program
- Interest in building a foundational enterprise information technology skillset through hands-on troubleshooting and hardware/software support
- Basic familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Familiarity with common computer hardware and peripherals, such as laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is preferred
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, software, and troubleshooting processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments while working in a team environment, coupled with attention to detail
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week during the internship program
- Ability to travel by plane or car to remote sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is preferred
