Join the Technical Services team as an Integrated Planning intern supporting planning processes for mining operations.
Work with mining professionals and business leaders on projects that connect information, data, and planning activities.
The internship runs from January through April 2027.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and improve planning tools.
- Support business reporting and analyze data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across corporate and site teams.
- Help streamline workflows and evaluate digital collaboration tools.
- Contribute to mining studies that improve planning effectiveness.
Key skills and knowledge
- Be currently enrolled full-time in a Mining Engineering or Computer Engineering program.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Be eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Deswik or MineSight is considered an asset.
- Finance or Commerce coursework is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Salary range: CAD 22 to CAD 31.
Work location
- Work location is IAMGOLD's Toronto Head Office at 150 King Street West, Suite 2200, Toronto.
