Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of wiring harnesses for automotive applications.
  • Support engineers in creating and reviewing technical documentation, including schematics, 2D drawings, and 3D models.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand project requirements and contribute to solutions.
  • Conduct basic tests and validations of harness prototypes under supervision.
  • Learn and apply relevant industry standards and company specific design guidelines.
  • Assist with data analysis and report generation related to harness performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
  • Job Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and circuits.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
