Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a formal HVAC trade/training program.
- Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office Suite.
- Minimum of 1 year of building maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of tools, methods, and practice of maintaining equipment, buildings, and facilities.
- Knowledge with hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be US Citizen due to government contracts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of local and national fire, building, plumbing, and electrical codes.
- Preference given to LLCC/Springfield area trade/HVAC program students.
- Salary: Starting salary of $19.21hr
- Actual pay will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and internal equity considerations.
- This internship provides a hands-on learning environment in a professional MRO setting, with opportunities to cross-train in airframe, supply, inspections, and engines. Develop your technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals, preparing you for a successful career in aviation maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Find opportunities and create/complete maintenance projects.
- Ensure site wide compliance of federal, state, and local environmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating and updating internal environmental policies.
- Other projects as assigned.
