Internship program

Baker Hughes offers internships for students to gain hands-on work experience as a foundation for their professional lives.

The program includes technically focused training, team meetings, projects, and presentation of results.

What you will do

  • Complete assignments and projects with coaching and mentoring to develop learning and skills.
  • Deliver internal projects supporting customer outcomes and business improvements.
  • Learn internal software and use it to complete projects and tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, other interns, and global business leaders.
  • Apply HSE standards and procedures in all situations to maintain compliance.

Candidate requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or business school, with a technology background.
  • Have a GPA of at least 7.5 out of 10.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English and have effective communication skills.
  • Be able to relocate for the internship duration; internship locations vary.
  • Be legally entitled to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction, now or in the future.
